The COTS program is a long shot at best. Even the best commercial launch companies will encounter unexpected delays and, in the end, we will be dependent on the Russians. Is that the best we can do for the thousands of dedicated workers who have made America's space program the envy of the world?

Doesn't take a super intelligent person to know that under funded commercial space efforts will not be sufficient for the USA to be the most powerful in space . The Obama policy is a gimmick , this adm is a lying bunch of muslims intent on destroying this great country! 2011 was the last US manned flight!!!
