EO Capability

Compare Commercial Crew Capability to Space Shuttle! Hard to believe we have regressed to this Capability level! CC has not flown yet ( manned).

EO operations

We have been unable to perform EO operations as we did with shuttle since 2011. Even with CC we still can not perform operations as with shuttle. This must be corrected with X37C ASAP

X37C

On orbit manned operations have not occurred since 2011 when shuttle retired. These operations are critical to maintaining EO capabilities. We must resume operations with the X37C. Re Abbey, Chiao

And those in Congress specializing in space are well aware that, had getting independent access to ISS for our nation really been Job #1 for NASA's leadership, then the Administration would have approved Boeing's proposal for the X-37B follow-on, the 5 crew X-37C. We are talking about a dependable spacecraft that can sit in orbit for over a year and NASA said no to making it a crewed vehicle. Why?

X37C is a critical USA space capability. Still on paper! X37B a very capable vehicle.
